1. AFTERPAY

We offer Afterpay online. Please see here for all info.

We do not accept exchanges or returns with Afterpay (unless the item is faulty) 

 

2. CLICK + COLLECT 

We are now offering CLICK + COLLECT at our South Melbourne Market Shop on all market days (wed, fri, sat + sun) every week.  If interested, please order online and select CLICK + COLLECT from South Melbourne at check out.  

3. SHOW ME THE MONEY!! (Payment)

We accept payments online through Paypal which includes American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa and of course, Paypal! 

4. POSTAGE COSTS 

Australian Customers 

We offer 2 different categories of postage for AUSTRALIAN Customers only at this stage. We want to offer our SUPERCOOL products to you at a competitive price.

1. FLATE RATE POSTAGE of $5 for all items under $49.99 in value

2. FREE POSTAGE for all items over $50 in value 

International Customers

We can indeed ship to you - but due to the various weights and sizes of our eclectic mix of product, we cannot offer a flat fee for international shipping.

Just send us an email through the website and tell us what you want to purchase or send us the link to that page and we'll get the most economical quote for you asap.  

5. POSTAGE COSTS 

Covid Update: We are sending Orders 4 times a week. 

Express Post is no longer a guaranteed next day delivery from Aust Post during COVID. 

We send orders four times a week. We aim to send all orders within 4 days of purchase.

If your item is urgent and you need it express posted, email us to let us know and we will send it the next day via express post however this will be at an additional "express post" cost. (Our competitive postage costs are only for non urgent deliveries).

We offer great postage costs however as we use Australia Post and Sendle, we are not able to guarantee when your SUPERCOOL item will arrive. So please get back in touch with us if your item hasn't been received within 10 working days from purchase.

 

6. GIFT WRAPPING & GIFT NOTES

Please note if you want items wrapped seperately in the notes section at check out!

We can gift wrap for you using our custom gift wrapping paper as a complimentary service. Just tick the Gift Wrap box at check out. 

If you're sending a present to a friend or family member and you'd like to include a note, we can hand write this note on our special note paper and include that too.

Just write your message during at check out. 

7. OUT OF STOCK OR COMING SOON

Some of our product may be selling in store at the same time it sells online, however we do our best to ensure that you won't be out of stock. If for some reason you are, we will let you know ASAP and endeavour to order another (where possible).

If the item you're interested in says "Temporarily out of stock" - we may have it in-store. Just email us or contact our stores to pay over the phone. Opening hours & store contact details are here.
